Refund policy

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

To organise your return or exchange, email help@kmellia.com within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund and posted within 14 days of the return request being approved.

Change of mind returns 

  • $15 restocking fee for American et Australian orders
  • for international orders, customer must organise and pay for the return shipment back to Australia

Exchange requests

  • not supported at this present time

Unclaimed / Returned To Sender parcels 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check their order and shipping confirmation emails to ensure the purchased items and delivery address are accurate. Unclaimed and Returned To Sender parcels will incur a $15 restocking fee. 

Faulty items

Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can organise for a replacement item to be sent out. No replacement item will be sent out until both parties have come to an agreement and we reserve the right to refuse your request should we judge the item is not faulty.

Returned in unacceptable condition

Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

An item is considered returned in unacceptable condition if it has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without its original packaging.

Any items deemed unacceptable upon inspection will not be returned to the customer and will be destroyed by our warehouse in accordance with our hygiene and quality standards.

In these cases:

  • An additional $15 restocking fee per item will apply, and

  • The remaining value of the item will be issued as store credit only.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for return and is assessed at the sole discretion of our warehouse team.
