SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed prior to dispatch.

Your tracking number will be sent to the provided email address once your order has shipped.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS	Via Australia Post: Regular - $4.99 (delivered in 2-8 business days after dispatch) Express - $9.99 (delivered in 1-4 business days after dispatch)
GLOBAL ORDERS	Via Australia Post International: Shipping price calculated at checkout based on your country

 

Duties and local taxes may incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs. These possible custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the buyers responsibility.

We are not responsible for unexpected delays in shipping caused by circumstances out of our control.

 

RETURNS

Since our products are handmade to order we do not accept 'change of mind' returns.

If your item is faulty, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can organise for a new one to be sent out. No replacement item will be sent out until both parties have come to an agreement and we reserve the right to refuse your request should we judge the item is not faulty.

PAYMENTS

All conducted payments are handled and transacted through dedicated third party gateways to guarantee your protection. All card information is handled over SSL encryption and is not stored.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment gateway for your purchase as they are responsible for the transaction made.

Kmellia reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, Kmellia has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Kmellia will notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

 

EMAIL + SMS MARKETING SUBSCRIPTIONS

By entering your email and phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription form, you agree that we may send you text or email notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and marketing offers. These marketing messages will not exceed 30 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages and notifications use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
